Annual Open Call Exhibition theme is: “Planes, Trains, Cars and Bikes” Bring us your artwork from 11am-6pm on Sat. September 5th or Sunday Sept. 6th. **Rules are: One piece per artist. Maximum size is 4’x4’. Space is limited to the first 200 entries. Exhibition opening is Sat. Sept. 12th from 7-10pm. September 12, 2009 - December 18, 2009.

The Great Texas Sculpture Roundup
May 2, 2009 - August 2, 2009

The Great Texas Sculpture Roundup exhibition. The show was expertly curated by Houston sculptor, Lee Littlefield and previously on exhibit at the Beeville Art Museum in Beeville, Texas from January until April of this year. The show includes traditional approaches such as metal casting and steel fabrication as well as the more unconventional such as plastic cups on chain link fence and mixed media involving footwear.

The exhibition opens May 2, 2009 from 7pm-10pm and will be on view through August 2, 2009.

WHEELS AND TIRES

Opens Sat. Feb. 21, 2009 from 7pm-10pm WHEELS AND TIRES exhibit consists of Jim Robertson’s steel vehicular sculpture series titled “Steel on Wheels “, Julon Pinkston’s reconstructed road debris drawings, paintings and sculptures and the “Carry the Load” series of tread integrated paintings, comical and realistic tire tread drawings, and a variety of tread and simulated tire sculptures by Carol Scott, Marité Preti, Sally Worthington, and Donna Perkins.
